Организация, которая создается в каждом городе, расположенном по маршруту эстафеты, для решения следующих задач: выполнения обязательств местных властей, связанных с проведением эстафеты; оказания услуг, необходимых для продвижения эстафеты; привлечения специалистов и предоставления ресурсов, необходимых для организации торжественных мероприятий в связи с прибытием в город Олимпийского огня; предоставления ресурсов для маркетинговых мероприятий и промоакций в честь эстафеты Олимпийского огня.

community task force (CTF)
Local organization formed in each community where the OTR passes. The objectives of the CTF are to develop a team that can: ensure the community’s obligations in connection with the OTR are met; provide the support services necessary for the movement of the OTR; provide the expertise and resources necessary for the organization of the community celebration; and provide resources for the marketing and promotion of the OTR and OTR events.
